Role

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will gather and evaluate user requirements, illustrate design ideas, design graphic user interface elements, and other related activities

Important considerations

• Remote work with the possibility of working in Portugal

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with UX and UI
• Experience working in Sketch, Figma or other UI software
• Experience defining and maintaining standards of user experience and interfaces, services characteristics, and the client’s concepts.
• Experience with functional prototypes for testing and validation with users and stakeholders
• Experience with user research

Preferred requirements

• Experience working in Agile teams
• Experience working in corporate development teams
• Experience in the banking or financial sector
• Experience designing solutions and interfaces to be implemented on Outsystems
• Able to lead Design Teams and interacting with developers on technical features
• Fluent or Professional English is preferred but not necessary
